    Help Support Linuxathome.net

Being a site run as a hobby to help others all costs are worn by the crew of the site, although the actual costs may not be extreme (merely domain name and hosting), the amount of time and effort spent on the site is huge (minimum of 1-2 hours per day), so if you enjoy the site and would like to let us know just how much our efforts help you out then here is a couple of ways that you could brighten up our lives.

If you would like to help us out, the please feel free to do so in anyway possible, here are a few suggestions:

    • Hardware (new or second hand) e.g. switches and PCs (needed for servers and for upcoming LANs)
    • How-To's (must be your own creations) email them in to howtos (at) linuxathome.net
    • Donate money to our PayPal account so that we may use it to pay for hosting, hardware (for site events) etc.

If you would like to send something to us then please let us know via email to support (at) linuxathome.net so we can to give you the delivery address and any additional information you might require.

Please note that we try and keep linuxathome.net ad free to ensure that it is quick, useful and hassle free for you the viewer, from time to time we must put ads on the site (usually only google ads) to help pay the costs (as mentioned above), this is solely to ensure that the site can stay alive, we gain now financial reward for running this site, we do it because we want to give back to the Linux community.

Once again we would like to say thanks to those kind enough to donate back to the site, we would like to keep the site growing and continually providing more information that you require, please look out for upcoming events in the news.
